City of Edinburgh Volleyball is recruiting boys and girls in Primary 4 - S1 to join their U13 programme. CoE U13s is the perfect place to learn team sports skill concepts of attack and defence, and new movement and ball skills in the exciting Olympic team sport of volleyball.
Players can be complete beginners or they may have already played volleyball at school or at CoE! Either way our coaches will soon have you digging, setting, spiking & playing volleyball in no time!!
The programme will involve weekly training in each term, and entry to local volleyball festivals and tournaments, and volleyball camps during school holidays!
Players can join 1 term at a time, or for the full season!
Training begins on Friday 8th September 2017

City of Edinburgh Volleyball has a fantastic team of coaches who are qualified as UKCC level 1 and level 2 to coach volleyball, have gone through the Active Schools "Fit to Coach" programme including First Aid, Positive Coaching Scotland and Safeguarding & Protecting Children training.
All coaches are PVG registered and have current PVG certification, where applicable.
City of Edinburgh Volleyball follows the mini volleyball syllabus of the Federation of International Volleyball (FIVB)
